Description:

The pool in front of the apartment, the beach and within walking distance of several shops in the immediate vicinity of the settlement. The marina Puerto Banus also in just a few minutes walking distance. Also the center of Marbella is only a few minutes and of course all the possibilities for exploring, starting, sport and recreation in the immediate area.

The apartment includes two bedrooms, one of them equipped with a large king-size bed and a bathroom, the other with two singlebeds and a further separate bathroom. Both rooms have large closets. Large living room with two sofas on one side, a large dining table with six chairs on the other. From there direct access to the spacious terrace, which is fully equipped for both sun worshipers and shade seekers rather ideal. The terrace view of both pool and sea views.

The modern kitchen with cooking island and construction standard with granite worktops, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer. Crockery, cutlery, etc. are available, as well as toaster, kettle and coffee machine brand Nespresso. Please bring your own or buy capsules in the Nespresso shop in Corte Ingles. Washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are also available. Next to the kitchen cozy reading area with sofa bed for extra guests.

Lounge with three-and two-bed. TV with Blu-ray player (and DVD), with Astra satellite television, music system. Central air conditioning system for heating and cooling.

Entire apartment with marble flooring. Completely renovated in spring 2012.

Towels, bath towels, bed linen is included.
